Stampin' Up! and It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

Well, it's finally beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here. My cards were simple this year, but I really enjoyed making them and it didn't feel like a chore at all, thanks to some fabulous products from Stampin' Up! to inspire me.

I have soooo much fun decorating for Christmas. This is the first time for three Christmas's that we've actually had the pleasure of decorating our home.

I hope you don't mind that I've decided to take a break from posting art projects over the Holidays. Today is the last day of school and I want to enjoy as much time as possible with my family.
Check back often though because I'll keep you posted on things as they are announced from Stampin' Up! Aaaaaaand there's a lot of really cools stuff coming on January 5th.
Have a lovely Holiday Season and Thank you for your support this year.
If you've enjoyed my first year of blogging, please send me an email reeveelizabeth@hotmail.com
I'd love to hear from you!

Our Cat Has Her Own Stationary

While we were away at Thanksgiving some dear friends cat sat for us. I can't think of a nicer way to thank them than sending them thank you notes made on Jess's own personal had stamped stationary.

This stamp set "C is for Cat" is one that falls into the $15.95 category and so you'll be able to earn it FREE during Sale-A-Bration. There's "D is for Dog" too.

I plan on making some cards and treat bags for our local Humane Society, because without them we wouldn't have Jess and she has brought sooo much joy to our house. Even if she did chew through a light bulb on our Christmas tree and steel the candy canes, leaving teeth marks in them. Not to mention that she runs off with the children's pencils when they are trying to do their homework.

Have a great day and remember to stamp during the busy Holiday Season, I promise it will reduce your stress level. Half an hour stamping is as good a stress relief as a trip to the spa!

I hope I'm not repeating myself

I can't remember if I showed you some of the projects I've been working on as gifts and so here's a little montage for you to enjoy.....

A friend who recently baby sat our cat also ordered some Christmas stamping supplies and so I created this little Thank You gift for her and I used the colors and stamp set that I know she has, so that my gift also helped with ideas. Guess what? The thing she enjoyed most were the hand stamped gift cards that gave her inspiration.

Don't you just love being able to give a hand made gift to a friend?
