As soon as I saw Circle Circus and Things I Love stamp sets I knew I had to have them. What I didn't know was that I would end up using them both on the same card and it's probably my favorite card of the year.

I love that when you see the card closed it says "I Love ..... Chocolate" and when you open it up it has a completely different message.

This is the card we made for stamp club last Saturday - I'm so glad to have my ladies to inspire me to go beyond my comfort zone and try new things.

Color Me Cards For The Troops

A while back our Scout leader asked me to come up with cards the boys could make and send to the troops.

Knowing how little boys aren't generally so much into crafts I came up with a color me card for them to create. Unfortunately I couldn't attend the event because my daughter had pneumonia, but my husband took over and the boys had a fun evening making cards and sending sentiments to their heroes.
